Handel and Bach

The Hull Bach Choir is pleased to present something a little different this term. "Bach and Handel at Christmas" compares and contrasts their interpretation of the Christmas story through selected music from the Christmas Oratorio, composed in 1734, and Messiah, written only seven years later. It will be an opportunity to hear some wonderful music, together with a little poetry and a carol for everyone to sing.
